With over twenty years of admission experience at independent schools, Lindsey Ratliff has been supporting schools with specific projects and guiding their enrollment efforts.  She is an extra team member who can support your growing to do list who needs no training due to her drive and dedication to the enrollment process.

School Services

All opportunities below can be offered on a per hour fee or can be drafted into a Project Proposal based on the needs of the school.  Projects often start at a minimum of ten hours.  

  • Feeling overwhelmed with planning your next recruitment trip?

    Allow Ratliff Consulting to do the research, confirm appointments, and guide your travel plans. All research and lists will be shared with the school client.

  • Seeking more leads?

    Step 1 - Website

    It starts with your website.  Allow Ratliff Consulting to review your current website - give feedback, suggestions, and edits that are needed to attract more users and provide important information.  

    Step 2 - Social Media

    What is being shared?  Is there balance between academics, arts, athletics, and student life?  Allow Ratliff Consulting to share ideas and posts that need to be released to your external community.  Word of mouth is key and allows your current community to support enrollment efforts at the school.

  • Wondering how you will find the time to read files?  Allow an experienced admission director to do the first read, code with a level of priority and ensure that time is not wasted on non-mission appropriate candidates.  

    All files should be readable from around the globe and if not, allow Ratliff Consulting support your transition from paper to electronic files. 

  • Feeling overwhelmed with virtual interview requests?  Ratliff Consulting can spend 30 minutes with each candidate to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, connection to the school, and being the right fit.  Each interview will include a write up that fits with individual school needs and expectations.
