Feeling overwhelmed in your own practice? Ratliff Consulting is here to help you. Lindsey Wolter Ratliff can be hired to support your growing business on a part time basis or by supporting a specific client. 

  • Each year, Ratliff Consulting welcomes 2-3 international students into her home. The students must receive acceptance to The Colorado Springs School where they will attend as a day student and Lindsey will provide transportation, meals, after-school activities, holiday cultural experiences, and academic support outside of working hours. The child will be welcomed into the Ratliff home for an incredible homestay experience. 

    • Lindsey can work with your clients to ensure they are ready for the in-person or virtual interviews.  She prefers a minimum of 3 sessions so she can get to know your client and guide them to sharing their unique story.

  • 3-Session Minimum

    Start the process with a conversation, discover your client’s goals and aspirations through the admission process. Navigate traditional questions that allow your client to stand out in the application.

  • Lindsey has years of experience with reading application essays.  Allow Ratliff Consulting to help families with edits, sharing their story, and making a descriptive piece that allows admission counselors to read the whole essay.

  • Allow Lindsey to meet your client and help them discover the world of independent schools from east to west coast options. We start with location, size, and curriculum needs to ensure the list matches a family’s goal.
