ABOUT LINDSEY:

Lindsey Wolter Ratliff has over 20 years of independent school admission experience.  She has worked at Ethel Walker School (Simsbury, CT), The Masters School (Dobbs Ferry, NY), Kimball Union Academy (Meriden, NH) and Fountain Valley School (Colorado Springs, CO).  She started her career as a Visit Coordinator, working her way up to the Director of Enrollment Management. She has learned the admission process from the beginning to end. Lindsey has been an international student coordinator, Director of Financial Aid, and Dorm Director at three out of her four schools. 

Lindsey Wolter Ratliff has been educated at Kimball Union Academy (High School), Roanoke College (Undergraduate), and Dartmouth College (Masters Degree).  Her family is now based in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family especially her two daughters who are being educated at The Colorado Springs School.  She values and understands the transformation that independent schools have on children.  

In July 2024, Lindsey decided to start her own business in order to invest the time needed to support families through the admission process at independent schools. Lindsey has always valued being an admission counselor where she can learn about the family, child, and taking the time to discover the right fit school. The time spent together is critical to learn about their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities that exist when considering independent schools.
